Return Period: You have up to 7 days from the date of receipt to request a product return.

Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags and no signs of use.

Return Process: Contact our customer service to initiate the return process. After approval, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

Refund: Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in suitable condition, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments on our part.

 

Product Exchanges

We also offer the option to exchange products if you prefer to choose another item from our catalog. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
